Shipping Policy

1. Global Shipping Coverage

ConewVehicle offers worldwide shipping to most countries and regions. Certain products may only be available in selected regions due to shipping restrictions or regulatory requirements. Availability is shown on each product page.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within the following timeframes:

  • Orders placed before 10:00 AM (PST, Monday–Friday) are typically processed the same day.
  • Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1 business day.
  • Orders placed on Fridays or weekends are usually processed on the next business day.

If an item is out of stock or a processing issue occurs, we will notify you by email and provide suitable alternatives or a refund if necessary.

Orders may be canceled at any time before shipment.

3. Shipping Address Requirements

Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including:

  • Full recipient name
  • Street address (including apartment, suite, or unit number if applicable)
  • City, state/province, postal code
  • Valid contact phone number

Once an order has been processed or shipped, the address cannot be modified.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees will apply for reshipment. ConewVehicle is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address information.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

  • United States: 3–12 business days
  • International destinations: 6–12 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, local carriers, or peak seasons.

5. International Shipping and Customs

We ship to the United States, Canada, Japan, Australia, and selected European countries.

Please note:

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or VAT.
  • These fees are determined by local customs and are not included in the order total or shipping cost.
  • ConewVehicle is not responsible for any customs duties or import charges.

For products shipped from local warehouses, customs duties may not apply depending on destination regulations.

6. Product Availability

We use a real-time inventory system. If a product can be added to your cart, it is currently in stock. Out-of-stock items will be marked on the product page and cannot be purchased.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and tracking link.

You may also track your order via the Order Tracking page on our website.

8. Shipping Delays

Delays may occur during peak seasons, high order volume periods, customs processing, or unforeseen logistics disruptions.

If significant delays occur, we will notify you by email.

9. Multiple Item Orders

If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately using different carriers at no additional cost.

Please allow the full estimated delivery time before contacting support.

10. PO Box Shipping

We do not currently ship to PO Boxes.

11. Customs Declaration

Packages cannot be declared as gifts or undervalued under any circumstances. This ensures compliance with international customs regulations.
